The Meridian van fleet have just had trackers fitted so that customer visits and service calls and be planned to save time and money. Ricky a veteran fitter at Meridian says "It's great to know that we can be sent to a customer that is nearest to where any of the fitting teams are working".
Emily English, Meridian's operations manager is pleased with the launch of the new service. She comments "It's so easy to send the right team to the right customer at any time during the day".
