The  Meridian code of conduct

As a family run business we feel very strongly that honesty and integrity should apply to everything that we do as a company . This includes the way we treat our staff, trade suppliers, buisness contacts and most importantly our customers.  That's why we've produced a code of conduct that each member of our team from back office, show site assistants, design consultants and installation teams endeavour to meet at all times.


We proactively aim keep our customers informed on the progress of their orders. If despite our best efforts a deadline will be missed, we will do our best to rectify the situation. The buck stops with us.


We have high moral principles and beliefs that guide how we make decisions of what is right and what is wrong. What we say will always be the same as what we believe.



We are resourceful in the face of challenges always looking for ways to solve problems rather than accepting failure. We are completely engaged and committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service both before, during and after installation.


We never consider ourselves to be beyond learning and taking advice or feedback from others, particularly our clients.


We accept personal responsibility to be clear, honest and transparent in all our dealings with clients.
